St. Catherine's Academy is a Catholic school with a military tradition. Thanks to this unique format, we are able to offer many of the benefits of a military academy while also focusing on spirituality and a strong academic program.

The mission statement of our military department is to promote and foster self-discipline within each cadet. Its primary objectives are to develop within each cadet a keen sense of honor, commitment, cooperation, initiative, discipline, leadership, and respect.

Our military tradition provides a structured environment which is ideal for growing boys. Within this structure, your son will develop important qualities like self-discipline, cooperation, leadership, and respect. In addition, our program will build important organizational skills and increase his ability to take on responsibility.

Daily military activities include flag salute, basic drill instruction, group competitions, obstacle course activities, and leadership exercises. Your son can also choose to participate in extracurricular opportunities, such as competitive drill team, color guard, honor guard, and our cadet leadership program.
