Residency

In the dormitory, cadets form life-long bonds. They learn responsibility and the fine art of working as a team. The Dominican Sisters who staff the dormitory work with cadets reinforcing the lessons of self-discipline, self-respect, and respect for others that they have learned during the day. Cadets attend supervised study hall every evening.

Admittedly, there is no substitute for parent nurturing.  However, the Dominican Sisters in our residency program provide the priceless gift of love and sustained adult attention - a rare gift in today's society.

Our dormitories are remarkably effective classrooms for developing qualities such as sharing, compromise, tolerance and empathy.

Weekends mean supervised trips to the local amusement parks, beaches, movies, and sporting events, as well as lazy weekends on campus.
